NEURATA PLATFORM END USER AGREEMENT (Effective March 15, 2026)

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If using the platform on behalf of a brokerage or strata corporation, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Brokerage & Representative Structure

Brokerage entities are created using verified BCFSA Brokerage Licence Numbers and are immutable. Representatives are associated with one brokerage at a time using their brokerage email address.

3. Strata Corporation Entities

Strata Corporations are independent, immutable entities identified by their LTSA plan number, linked to one brokerage at a time. If a Strata Corporation transfers to a new brokerage, the former brokerage and its representatives lose access. All data is retained by the Strata Corporation.

4. Meeting Mode Trial

Each Strata Corporation receives 2 free adjourned Meeting Mode sessions. Draft meetings and historic minutes ingestion are unlimited and do not count toward the trial. Historic minutes uploaded must correspond to the correct Strata Corporation — mismatched plan numbers will be rejected.

5. Strata-Sphere & Data

Content, once stripped of Personally Identifiable Information, may be used within Strata-Sphere to generate governance insights, in compliance with PIPA (BC).

6. Data Ownership

All content related to a Strata Corporation is owned by that Strata Corporation. Neurata will not prevent data portability regardless of subscription or brokerage status.

7. Authorization

By creating an account, you confirm that you are a licensed BCFSA representative in good standing, authorized to act on behalf of your brokerage and any strata corporations assigned to you on the platform.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
